Wall of Fog started in Austin, TX as a moniker used by engineer and producer Xavier Juarez for a residency at the 13th Floor, where he refined his skills and captured the performance of many of Austin’s rising talent

Utilizing his knowledge of traditional studio techniques, microphone placement, and acoustics: Wall of Fog specializes in live on the floor recording to produce emotionally resonant performances alongside professional high-fidelity tracks. Combined with a comfortable home atmosphere, there is nowhere else you can get your creativity flowing while ensuring a smooth process and professional sounds

The room is always set and ready for recording, equipped with a meticulously maintained and fully mic’d George Way Aristocrat. You'll also find a wide selection of high-end and niche guitars and amplifiers available. If you plan to bring your own drum kit or amps, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so we can make sure the space is clear and prepared.
